Exchanges Made Easy
The fastest way to ensure you receive the correct item is to return the original purchase first. Once we have processed your return, you can place a new order for the desired item.
Refund Process
After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or denied. If approved, you will automatically receive a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please do not hesitate to contact us.
